Cava Brut Nature, artisan made with the traditional method Cava vineyards arises in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia ( Spain ) , cradle of the O.D. Digging.

Grape varieties: Macabeo 30%, Parellada Xarel.lo 40% and 30%.

AGING: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle slowly at a controlled temperature, remains in the cellar 12 months before disgorging.

GRADUATION: 11.5º
